Chance Of Rain In 7 Districts!

The Tamil Nadu government has announced that the remedies will be kept ready. As the summer season begins, schools are out, and crowds are coming to tourist attractions.

In such a situation, yellow warnings for heat wave were issued to Tamil Nadu on behalf of India Meteorological Department. Along with this, the monsoon rains started in Tamil Nadu on the 4th (04.05.2024). This monsoon is going to last for 25 days till 28th. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature is likely to be high for the first 7 days of the monsoon season.

Meanwhile, in a statement released by the Indian Meteorological Department, “In the next 3 hours i.e. today (09.05.2024) today (09.05.2024) by 10 am today, moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places in 7 districts namely Ramanathapuram, Pudukottai, Sivagangai, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Cuddalore and Mayiladuthurai” reported.

Earlier yesterday (08.05.2023) in another announcement it was informed that ‘heavy rain is likely in 8 districts namely Nilgiri, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Dindigul, Erode, Karur, Namakkal and Salem today (09.05.2023)’. At the same time, the people were happy as it rained in various parts of Tamil Nadu despite the scorching sun during the day.
